The beautiful and durable hand-crafted jute “word-bags” from The Jacksons are a joyous outcome of the design collaboration between Louise and the skilful handicraft workers in south-west Bangladesh. The partnership began in 2012 and The Jacksons are now working closely with over 5'000 women in Bangladesh in an area where there are few job opportunities for them. Learn more about the Jacksons.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags must also be returned. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost.
Refunds
Please allow 5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price back to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
